My Philisophy
I believe deeply in the inherent beauty and value of each individual’s uniqueness, and I’m committed to honouring that in every aspect of my practice. Central to my approach is the concept of parts work—the idea that all parts of ourselves, even those we’ve disowned or rejected, deserve acknowledgment and integration. I approach each client with curiosity and compassion, meeting them exactly where they are on their journey. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel comfortable exploring and expressing their authentic selves.
I’m passionate about supporting clients in living a life that aligns with their core values, as I believe this alignment brings a sense of purpose and meaning. In our work together, we will explore your values, develop new coping strategies, and create practical tools for self-discovery and healing. By addressing emotional, mental, and physical patterns, we will work to re-establish a healthy relationship with yourself—body, mind, and spirit—and with others.
My approach is eclectic, drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including expressive arts, somatic practices, and a deep respect for the role of spirituality in healing. Whether you are looking to reconnect with your body, explore creative expression, or tend to unresolved spiritual questions, I am here to support you in a way that feels authentic and respectful to your needs.
I believe that the client is the expert on their own life, and my role is to walk alongside you in the process of self-discovery and growth. It would be an honour to accompany you on your path toward healing and wholeness. I offer free consultations to explore how our work together might unfold, and I welcome you to reach out if you feel that I may be a good fit for your journey.

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
