We want you to get the care you deserve.
A bit about me..
Hi there! I'm Shaianne, a therapist, creative spirit, and fellow human navigating the beautiful messiness of life.
I support people who feel deeply, think complexly, and often hold themselves to high standards. Many of my clients live at the intersection of multiple identities, manage anxiety or ADHD, struggle with perfectionism or burnout, to name a few and are longing to feel more at home in themselves
I am dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey of self-discovery, growth, and healing. With a deep focus on personal development, I integrate a variety of therapeutic modalities—including parts work, values exploration, and body-based therapies like Dance Movement Therapy—into my practice.
A modern approach
My work is rooted in the belief that we are all multifaceted, complex, and constantly evolving. I help clients navigate the intersections of their mind, body, and spirit, creating a space where they can explore their inner selves and align with their deepest values. Whether you're someone who’s lost touch with your voice, feeling disconnected and unseen, carrying more than you let on, or trying to live with intention in a world that pulls you in every direction, you are welcome here.
This is a space to soften, to unlearn the pressure to perform, and to come home to yourself, not as a project to fix, but as a person to reconnect with. Together, we’ll listen to what your nervous system, your story, and your spirit are asking for because that is the place healing begins.
Values
-
Approach every person with deep compassion and understanding, and unconditional positive regard, honouring each individual’s unique journey.
-
Encourage individuals to embrace their true selves, beyond masks, roles, or coping mechanisms. Shedding what no longer serves them and stepping into a life that feels genuine.
-
Support clients in living in alignment with their values, their bodies, their stories, and their faith (if applicable). Integration is key, not only intellectual understanding but embodied transformation. Healing happens not just through talk or insight, but through reconnecting with the body, emotions, and inner wisdom. The process honours the whole person, embracing healing as both cognitive and deeply embodied and soulful.
-
Walks beside clients, not in front of them. Honouring their role as the experts of their own experience, and respecting their autonomy and agency by holding space for what feels ready, moving at their pace, and co-creating the process that honours the whole person, not just their pain.
-
Honour the connection between spirit and self. Make space for questions of faith, purpose, identity, and the sacred. Walking gently alongside those exploring their spirituality, wounds, or relationship with God.
-
Humans are inherently social beings, and the importance of connection cannot be overstated. While much harm can occur within relationships, it is also through relationships that true healing and transformation become possible, whether in connection with ourselves, with others, with our spirituality, or with the world around us.
-
Believe in the power of creativity as a means to express, gain insight, heal, and transform toward the fullest potential of each person.
-
Healing and growth are deeply personal journeys, not one-size-fits-all. True transformation often involves discomfort, unlearning, and letting go of what no longer serves you. That’s why it’s essential to tailor care to honour your unique story, needs, and pace. This creates a space for exploration, integration, and meaningful change, supporting your evolution in a way that aligns with your readiness, capacity, and wholeness.
-
Committed to continuous learning, growth, and exploration, both personally and professionally, to ensure the ability to offer the most effective tools and support.
-
Seen more than the absence of distress but the presence of vitality, aliveness, and connection to self, others, and the world. supporting clients to explore and nurture wellness across multiple dimensions: emotional, physical, mental, relational, creative, spiritual, and environmental. The work invites clients into an ongoing, fluid process of integration and balance, emphasizing wellness as a dynamic way of being rather than a fixed destination.
